The room I stayed in had both a couch and a sofa bed.

There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was great.

Our apartment had a lovely view and amenities like a hairdryer and earplugs. the location of the apartment was fantastic, right next to the Marina and beach. - There was a good restaurant nearby that stayed open late.

The studio apartment that I got at Pinhal Da Marina was clean, spacious, well equipped, air conditioned and had a balcony that got sun in the morning and in the evening. There was free parking in a secure area and free wifi in the lounge beside the restaurant. This lounge had a large flat screen tv, a variety of games for rainy days, and it was set up in a comfortable, rec room style. My apartment had a two burner stove, a microwave, big fridge and freezer and all of the utensils that I would need. There was also a dishwasher that I think you had to pay extra to use. Not sure but check with the front desk. The pools were warm, the gardens lovely and the complex is located in a quiet, treed area. It is walking distance to the marina and there is a grocery store nearby. I had one meal in the restaurant and it was fantastic. I spoke to other people who had eaten there several times and they said all meals were exceptional. I liked that there was English channels on the tv. I would definitely stay here again, only for longer. It's located in Villamoura, a beautiful little town in the Algarve.

The television was a little small.

The hotel is ideally located in a very pleasant area next to the marina. the poolside restaurant offers outstanding food. the neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty of trees.

The location was good, it was far enough away from the tourist area not to feel busy but close enough to walk to it if you want to

The standard of cleaning was not good, rooms were not cleaned before 5pm daily, I had to ask the staff to clean twice. Towels are not changed regularly enough.

Accomodation was very clean. The pool was very nice, not too busy. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was only a short walk to supermarket and marina.

Pool bar/restaurant under-staffed leading to slow service, and not always open. On-site shop very limited with variable hours.

The accommodations were clean with a nice balcony view, offering terrific service and exceptional staff.

This is our second stay at the Pinhal da Marina apartments after being so impressed last year and we were not disappointed. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly (particularly John the waiter) who makes a fantastic sangria!! The apartments are tastefully decorated and spotless, being cleaned daily. It's about a 15 minute walk to the marina and beaches or 2 minutes in a taxi (about 4 euro's) staff in reception are only too willing organise this. I would recommend staying here, with two pools, beautiful gardens and a lovely bar/restaurant you will not be disappointed.

The staff were exceptional and accommodating.

Upon arrival, the studio suite with a garden view was set up and the service and food quality were exceptional.

Staff were excellent, receptionists extremely helpful. Went slightly off season so shop had more limited hours but that didn't bother us. Room was exactly as photo only better. Absolutely spotless. Pool quite big, a little cold but was actually really refreshing as weather quite warm. Our friends stayed in expensive hotels and pools were cold there too so made no difference. Food/drink really cheap in bar/restaurant. Taxis about 4euro to Marina, but the walk is very nice and very safe. Nice to stay outside the Marina, gardens are lovely with Pine trees. Lots of lovely birds/ some lizards etc. and even two cute cats :-) totally recommend this place.

Nothing. It was all good. People complain about stupid things sometimes. You get what you pay for and this place is great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the gardens were beautifully kept. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The food in the poolside restaurant was very nice and good value. Beds at pool were very comfy. Would defo return it was all good!
